How do I e-sign on the ticket in PRISM?

Some tickets (e.g., Reactivation, bank change, additional segment, additional exchange, opening a demat account, adding a nomination, and account closure) require Aadhaar e-sign authentication.

Follow these steps to e-sign your open ticket:

  1. Log in to PRISM.
  2. Go to “Services” & navigate to Open Requests
  3. View the open ticket you want to e-sign.
  4. Enter your Aadhaar number and request an OTP.
  5. Enter the OTP and submit.

You can also view your e-signed document.
