Can I open an online account if my current mobile number is not registered with Aadhaar ?
Unfortunately, you cannot open an online account if you are unable to complete the Aadhaar-based OTP process. We need to send the OTP to the mobile number registered with your Aadhaar for identity verification. In such a case, you will be able to open an offline paper-based account.
To start, complete the online account registration. Afterward, you will receive KYC instructions via email for Aadhaar authentication. You will need to print, sign, and send the documents to the following address:
