What happens if the value of the pledged stock decreases?
Shoonya collects Mark-to-Market (MTM) margins daily based on the buy price of your positions.
- MTM margins are reset daily
- New MTM margins are blocked each day
- MTM is collected only on losing positions
- Profitable positions are not charged MTM
If the same stock is purchased on different days, MTM calculations are done separately for each purchase day.
