Why is the error “(RED: RULE: {Check Peak Margin} Buy Back is not allowed in MTF)”displayed?
Shoonya does not allow selling holding stocks (CNC) and immediately buying the same stock using the Margin Trading Facility (MTF) on the same day. Shoonya treats this combination as an intraday trade, which may create a margin shortfall and trigger an error.
To prevent this, buying stocks using MTF is not allowed if there is a CNC (Delivery) sell position for the same stock.
