Why was my MTF trade not converted to an MTF funding position?
Your MTF trade may not be converted to an MTF funding position if the maximum allowable exposure limit is exhausted or breached.
In such cases, the trade may be treated as a normal delivery/CNC trade. You may need to provide the full purchase value within the prescribed settlement timeline.
If sufficient funds are not available, Shoonya may take RMS action, including square-off, as per the MTF agreement and Shoonya’s risk policy. Any loss arising from such a square-off will be borne by the client.
