What should I do if the bank has changed the branch IFSC or my account number?

If your bank has changed the branch IFSC or your account number, follow these steps:

  • Log in to PRISM using this link: https://prism.shoonya.com/
  • Click on “”Raise a Ticket””
  • Select the header “”Add New Bank Account””
  • Upload one of the following supporting documents:
  • A cancelled cheque
  • Or a one month bank statement showing the MICR and IFSC code
  • Submit the ticket for review

Once your documents are verified, your banking details will be updated.
