How to reactivate an existing account?

Please follow the steps below to reactivate your account:

  1. Log in to your PRISM portal: https://prism.shoonya.com/
  2. Click on the ‘Services’ icon from the left menu.
  3. Select ‘Reactivate Trading Account’.
  4. Choose the last trade date and the segment you wish to activate.
  5. Upload the required documents and click Submit.
  6. Our support team will verify your ticket within 24 hours. You will receive an email notification once it’s done.
  7. E-sign the ticket using your Aadhaar number.
  8. After e-signing, our IPV (In-Person Verification) team will contact you for a video call. Please keep your original address proof ready for verification.

Once IPV is complete, your account will be reactivated within 24 hours. Your login credentials will be sent to your registered email address.
