What are the documents required to open a limited liability partnership(LLP) account?
To open an LLP account, you will need the following documents:
- Copy of the company’s PAN card
- Balance Sheet for the last 2 financial years (For a new firm, provide a provisional balance sheet for 1 year, with CA stamp and signature)
- Certificate of Registration
- Copy of the partnership deed
- Authorized signatories list with specimen signatures
- Proof of address
- Bank proof: Passbook, latest bank statement, or canceled cheque of the LLP
- KYC pages of individual partners: Self-attested photograph, PAN card, Aadhaar card, or any other address proof for all partners (separately)
- List of shareholding pattern
- List of partners/directors
