  • PAN card of the LLP
  • Balance sheet for the last two financial years
  • For newly registered LLPs: provisional balance sheet for one year, signed and stamped by a Chartered Accountant
  • Certificate of registration of the LLP
  • Partnership deed
  • List of authorised signatories with specimen signatures
  • Proof of the registered office address of the LLP
  • Bank proof (anyone):
  • Cancelled cheque
  • Recent bank statement
  • Bank passbook with LLP name
  • KYC documents of all partners (individually):
  • Self-attested photograph
  • PAN card
  • Aadhaar card or any other valid address proof
  • Shareholding pattern of the LLP
  • List of all partners or directors
