I placed a withdrawal request 24 hours ago, why haven’t I received my money?
Payout requests will only be accepted between 8:30 AM and 5:30 PM on active trading days. All payout requests received by 5:30 PM will be processed on the same day (subject to peak margin). It may take up to 24 hours in certain cases.
