What is liquidation in MTF trading?
Liquidation means Shoonya may sell a client’s MTF-funded holdings if the required margin is not maintained or margin calls are not fulfilled.
It may also happen in exceptional cases where MTM losses exceed the permissible limit as per Shoonya’s Risk Management Policy.
