My order is executed at a price which isn’t shown on chart, the market didn’t even get there. How could this is possible?

Exchanges sends updates to the broker whenever any value is updated for a given scrip. Updates can be sent in as fast as some milliseconds. So if multiple trades are executed within that update time gap, then it may go un-captured occasionally.
