I’m blocked. How do I regain access to my Shoonya mobile again?

Please follow the steps below to unblock your account –

  1. Click on Forgot Password on the Shoonya mobile app.
  2. Enter your UCC code, PAN and Date of birth.
  3. Click on the Reset and Unblock button.

You can now log in with the new password sent to your registered email ID.
