How to track complaints or tickets at Shoonya by Finvasia?

Shoonya account holders can track complaints or tickets in PRISM by following these steps:

  1. Log in to your prism portal: – https://prism.shoonya.com/
  2. Click on the Services icon in the left sidebar.
  3. Click on Open Request.
  4. Click on the ticket that you want to track.
  5. The ticket status will be displayed there.

You can also add your remarks, if any.
Please note – Shoonya sends an email when a ticket is created and closed.
