What is Order Level Hedge Benefit?
As per SEBI and NSE Circulars in 2020, the margin required for trading in equity derivatives was revised. Under this policy, margin requirements have been reduced, but naked positions in F&O require higher margin to hold. To benefit from the new margin policy, clients can avail of the order-level hedge benefit, which applies while placing hedged trades.
